How To Book Online Coaching

Click on the ‘Book Coaching’ button below to view services. Once you make a selection, you’ll go through a short form of questions, and then pay for your coaching membership online. Once payment is collected through Stripe, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with a unique code and URL to book your online Coaching sessions.

Coaching Membership

Coaching is exclusively offered through monthly memberships. I find this the most cost-efficient way of building a coaching habit. When it comes to the membership, you can work with me either 1x or 2x a month. Alternatively, if you’d like more than two sessions a month, please ask and I will customize a membership for you.

You’ll be prompted to use your appointments per month within each billing cycle (1 month). These appointments don’t roll over, so you must use them within the month’s time frame. Why? Because creating the coaching habit requires a consistent schedule of coaching to really experience a full transformation.

There’s a six-session minimum for all memberships. In my experience, clients need six sessions or more to dive deep into subjects and have a full plan for success. I strongly recommend staying on with your membership past this point and creating the ‘coaching habit’ within your life to maximize your full potential. Your welcome to cancel your membership after the six-session minimum, and of course, you can start back up again at any point in the future!

How To Prepare For Your Coaching Session

– Put yourself in a quiet and comfortable environment for our calls
– It’s recommended to wear a headset or headphones with a speaker
– Grab a glass of water or your favorite beverage and get comfortable!
– It’s advised to only have a pen, paper/notebook and your phone beside you
– You don’t need to time our call – I’ll do that for you
– Come to your session with one or two main subjects or roadblocks to speak about. It may be something new, or something we’ve been working on for the past few sessions.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel or reschedule your session, go back to your original session confirmation email and there will be a prompt to do so. Please note, you cannot cancel or reschedule your coaching session online within a 24 hour window of your sessions time. Please contact me directly in the rare case this situation arises. On the rare occasion I need to cancel an appointment, I reserve the right to do so at any time with an opportunity to re-book our session when it works for both individuals.

Mental Wellbeing

Clients come to me in varying states of mental and emotional wellbeing. As a result, I will assess where you’re at and where you want to be. This includes emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. In conclusion, if I feel that our coaching would work best while you also see a counselor and/or psychological professional, then I will kindly suggest this. Information received through our coaching together is not intended to replace advice from medical and/or other psychological practitioners, nor am I liable for any successes or missteps you may take during and after working with me.

As a general rule, I lean into future thinking and results-oriented coaching practice. As a result, clients take action on their own. Accountability is both the client’s responsibility and my offering to better our experience. When speaking about your career or business, the same rules apply, but I would like to kindly remind you that anything we talk about, or anything I may suggest, cannot be held against me for future earnings and successes or outcomes of your career and/or business.

Personal Information

Acuity Scheduling is the platform that I use to book clients online and Stripe collects payments. Stripe holds your CC/Debit information and will automatically make payments to your monthly membership without your prompt. Please be aware that your ‘monthly’ payment would start on whatever date you purchased your coaching membership. For example, you paid for the 2x a month Coaching Membership on April 3rd, therefore your membership will renew every month on the 3rd. Your personal information is kept safe through the Stripe online system and my websites secure SSL.

Coaching Agreement

You’ll be sent a coaching agreement after we’ve established an introduction and you’ve committed to a coaching membership. This agreement is between you and myself (Jessica Elliott / J Elliott Coaching) and covers many topics, parameters and a framework for which we’ll work in.
