Guiding Principles

Committed to YOU.

I’m committed to uplifting and empowering you every step of the way. With personalised guidance and unwavering support, I help you achieve your goals and live your best life. Your success is my success, and I’m dedicated to seeing you thrive. With me by your side, you’ll have the tools, resources, and encouragement you need to unlock your full potential and reach new heights.

01

You’re unique – I love that.

My services cater to individuals who are outside the norm, because I happen to be as well (and what is ‘normal’ anyway!?). I create a coaching environment where I feel comfortable being who I am, and I hope you feel the same. I prioritise values like authenticity, joy, empathy, creativity, kindness, and collaboration. I personally understand being neurodivergent, struggling with mental health, and the LGBTQ+ community. I’m an ally, and I’m here to support you every step of the way on your journey to success.

02

Where Everyone Belongs.

I champion diversity and inclusion, empowering individuals worldwide. With a global reach, my mission is clear: to uplift and celebrate people from all walks of life. I reject discrimination in any form, fostering a community built on respect and empathy. Let it be clear, I do not stand for hate, discriminatory behaviour, blaming, bullying, rigidness or drama. When we work together, I ask that you uphold the same outlook.

03

Cultural Respect & Continuous Learning.

I am deeply honoured to be situated on the unceded traditional territories of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Vancouver, British Columbia, holds a special place in my heart, and as a settler, I’m filled with respect and gratitude for our city and the land it’s built on.

While I cannot embody indigenous teachings, I strive to approach my work with respect and honour for the philosophies of Indigenous healers and elders. I believe in acknowledging the interconnectedness of all living beings and the land itself, as well as the wisdom of other cultures.

Guided by these values, my intention is to create a space of healing, transformation, and empowerment. My commitment to these principles extends beyond my immediate surroundings, recognising the universal importance of respecting all forms of wisdom and its origin across the world.

This statement is made with the intent of being culturally sensitive and respectful. It’s also what I believe in. This type of work requires ongoing education in an ever-changing landscape to integrate new findings, so this statement may be edited over time to adjust to this as I learn more.

04

Personal Commitment to Impact.

For over 20 years, giving back has been a part of my personal philosophy. I’ve supported human rights and animal advocacy organizations through annual contributions, long before the inception of my business. It’s a deeply-held belief that every individual has the power to make a positive impact on the world.

A portion of the proceeds from my business goes directly to these organisations, reflecting my ongoing commitment to social and environmental causes. From championing marginalised communities to protecting our planet’s most vulnerable creatures, I believe in using my resources to create meaningful change.

Additionally, for the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my time to volunteering with various organisations, particularly focusing on empowering women entrepreneurs to grow and succeed. Through group coaching, mentoring, and individual coaching sessions, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and expertise to support their journeys. This includes working with individuals across multiple businesses and organisations such as University of British Columbia, YWCA, The Forum, Futurpreneur, and Voices of Muslim Women, providing guidance and support as they navigate their entrepreneurial paths.

Thank you for joining me on this journey of giving back and making a difference.
